ACCOMMODATION

Hotel accommodation has been reserved and pre-paid at Warwick Conferences for the night of Wednesday 7 October (one night only).

DELEGATE FEES:

Option 1:  Day one only – Wednesday  9 October, inclusive of lunch and refreshments (£100)

Option 2:  Day two only – Thursday 10 October, inclusive of lunch and refreshments (£100)

Option 3: Full event – Both days, including lunches, evening meal and overnight accommodation on day one (£280)                                                                               

Rates quoted exclude VAT. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Purchase Order should be raised to :

 Devon & Somerset Fire and Rescue Service, Service Headquarters, The Knowle, Clyst St George, Exeter EX3 ONW

     Please send a copy of the PO to sclapham@dsfire.gov.uk 

• An invoice will be sent for processing before the event.
• All bookings, correspondence, including amendments and cancellations, must be received in writing (email).
• Refunds will only be given if written cancellation notice is received by 20 September 2019.

Refund requests received after this date are subject to Warwick Conferences cancellation charge which is 90% of the cancelled accommodation and meal fees.  No shows will be charged at 100%.

• Delegates may send substitutes with written approval from the organisers
• No reduction will be made for delegates attending only part of the booked seminar
• No refunds will be given after the event. 

Special requirements

If any delegate considers they have special requirements, we will try to meet those requirements as far as is practical.  If a delegate has a disability then reasonable adjustments will be made in accordance with the provision of the Equality Act.  In either of these circumstances, the delegate should discuss their requirements when booking in the first instance.

Personal data provided on this booking form will be held on a database and will be shared with Warwick Conference Centre for the purpose of managing your booking but will NOT be circulated to any other parties.
